VPK’s Belgian-based paper mill operates three paper machines, with a maximum width of 5.1m. Produced paper grammage varies between 90g/m² and 220g/m², for testliner and fluting, and between 220g/m² and 600g/m² for greyboard and coreboard. We also produce duo qualities, which can be used as either fluting or testliner.
In addition, VPK operates a second paper mill Blue Paper in Strasbourg, co-owned by Klingele Papierwerke. The output capacity comprises 500.000T in Oudegem and 400.000T at Blue Paper.
In 2021, VPK Group acquired the Alizay industrial site in Normandy and transformed it into a production unit for recycled paper for corrugated board and packaging. The site has a production capacity of 450.000T of recycled paper.
On top of producing fluting, testliner and greyboard, VPK also produces coreboard in Moulin-Neuf (France), Pori (Finland) and Porto (Portugal). These are produced under the Corex brand, VPK Group's tubes and cores division.
