Customer Service Employee

VPK Group is a Belgian packaging group that produces paper and cardboard packaging on the basis of recycled fibres. Our sustainable packaging is developed to measure for the customer. VPK Packaging is a separate business unit within VPK Group. This business unit specializes in processing paper into new corrugated board packaging. The cardboard produced is punched, printed and folded into packaging using finishing machines.

Function

As an inside sales employee/customer service representative, you will be responsible for the management of customers in support of the commercial field service.

• As an inside sales employee you get your own customer portfolio and you ensure a correct and proactive approach of the customer
• You take care of the order processing, correspondence, creation and management of customer files as well as monitoring deliveries
• You centralize information with regard to payments, pallet returns, old stocks & pallet optimization and report on this to the management
• You offer support to various departments (production, account managers,...) within VPK Group in order to provide the best possible service to the customer.

Profile

• Preferably a Bachelor's degree but this is not a must if you have relevant experience.
  School-leavers are encouraged to apply.
• You can make yourself understood in French and have a basic knowledge of English
• You are a proactive and commercial person who is also administratively strong
• You are analytical and organizational -You are a real team player
• You are a real team player; you have no trouble getting a team to work well together
