We are proud to announce that in the last 2 months VPK Group received three new EcoVadis Platinum certificates for our sites in Romania, Belgium and Poland. This extends our previous Platinum certification for France. This top performance highlights the daily commitment of our teams to embed sustainability in every aspect of our business.
EcoVadis, recognised globally as one of the largest and most trusted assessment platforms for environmental, social responsibility and governance (ESG), has awarded us with three new Platinum certificates. This places us in the top 1% of rated companies - a result only possible thanks to the dedication of all our employees.
Sustainability is at the heart of our business strategy at VPK Group. We take actions that benefit not only the planet, but also society and our customers. Our efforts are focused on promoting a circular economy within our supply chain, resulting in environmentally friendly products and processes. This is clearly reflected in our high scores, including an impressive 88/100 for our Polish sites, 83/100 for our Romanian sites and 82/100 for our French sites.
The Ecovadis platform not only provides insight into our strengths, but also helps us identify where improvement is possible. With the tools the platform provides us with, we can continue to strengthen our sustainability initiatives, now and in the future. We therefore see this recognition as an additional motivation to continue to grow together with our partners and increase our impact.
The award of these Platinum certificates confirms the strength of the international teams within our Group.
