VPK Group anunță achiziția Open Imballaggi, o fabrică consacrată de plăci carton, specializată în ambalaje din carton ondulat, situată în apropiere de Bergamo în Lombardia.

VPK Group announces its joint venture with IEMME srl, an Italian corrugated cardboard company based in Gambolò, near Milan. With this second step in Italy,VPK Group further diversifies its product portfolio and strengthens its local presence.

Dendermonde will soon be getting some of its heat from a heating network. Some of the city’s heating will be coming from a newly constructed green energy power station, which will also supply energy to VPK. By 2030 the paper and cardboard manufacturer wants to get rid of its existing power station, and is working with the Province and the city to build a sustainable future under the banner of‘Warm Dendermonde’.

VPK Group reached an agreement to acquire a minority share in Ribble, the UK corrugated cardboard company specialising in fanfold. A strategic step towards a future expansion of VPK Group's fit2size® product offering and geographical coverage.

VPK Group has entered into an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Zetacarton, an Italian corrugated cardboard company based nearby Como. With this new step, VPK Group is setting foot in Italy for the first time.
