A tailor-made programme: Together, we create a one-year programme based on your knowledge and interests. You’ll work on diverse projects across multiple departments, gaining valuable insights along the way.
Variety and responsibility: Experience a broad range of tasks and challenges while taking on real responsibilities. Not only will you get to know our company, but you’ll also learn more about yourself.
Personal coaching: With guidance from an experienced mentor, you’ll explore your ideal role within our organisation—step by step, at your own pace.
