At least 20 training hours a year, that's what we aim for every employee within VPK Group. Why? Because we want our people to excel in their jobs!   

VPK's entrepreneurial spirit is in every fibre of our company. VPK employees are given full responsibility and confidence to help run the company. To effectively take on this role, we ensure that all colleagues have the right competences.   

Our training programme offers:  

  • Induction period: training and support to learn the skills needed for the job.  
  • Annual performance reviews and talent management exercises: to identify personal learning and development plans. Based on these, we establish a specific training calendar.   
  • Continuous safety training: to ensure that everyone understands and applies the various safety policies and rules.
